Ask Corinne Q&A

That’s right it’s only another bloomin’ Q&A isn’t it?!

Do you think your blog is successful?

There’s no un-awkward way to answer this one. So long as I’m enjoying creating content, I feel my blog is successful. The day I no longer enjoy it or want to talk about it, then it’s definitely not a success.

What’s your favourite product in your make-up bag right now?

My Collection felt eyeliner, no question.

What’s your favourite Cards Against Humanity card?

Five Dollar Footlongs™

Name 3 things you love unconditionally

My cats, my humility, and myself.

What are you listening to right now?

I’m actually listening to this right now.

Do you have any guilty pleasures?

Justin Bieber. I never expected this to happen. It just did.

Do you enjoy gardening?

It makes me so excited, I practically wet my plants.

What does your last text say?

“Love you too, will talk later” – Oooh how scandalous.

What is your favourite kind of blog post to write and read?

For me, the easiest types of posts to write are ones that are centered around something that I feel really strongly about, because they don’t need to be planned and drafted that far in advance, I can just sit at my computer and write to  my hearts content, ensuring that I get everything I want to say out. Such posts as The Truth Behind Being A Journalism Student, Don’t Censor The F-Word and Six Smalls Steps To Happiness.

What’s your most popular blog post?

For quite a while, simply because of statistics, it was my January Favourites, but now it is How To Style: A Black Skater Skirt, tied with my Fishtail Tutorial.

Do you think musicals are cheesy?

Not even a little bit.

What is the one thing you’d most like to change about the world and do you have any idea how you’d go about it?

I’d simply like to have more people be understanding. That really is it. I think that, as people, we all get very wrapped up in ourselves, which is just human nature really, we’ve all evolved by having to look out for ourselves, and not get too wrapped up in what other people are thinking and feeling. It was simply to better our chances of survival. But now that we aren’t under threat, we can afford to open our minds to how others are feeling. I think I’d become some kind of group speaker, or just hold a mass televised event that everyone was required to watch. Even then that’s a bit too ambitious.

 Do you collect anything?
I don’t consciously collect anything really, I just obviously have more of some things than others, but no I don’t.

What was your dream job when you were 16?

Owning a record label.

And that’s it for today’s Q&A, I know that a lot of these answers were quite short, but I didn’t get a lot of prying questions, or any requiring an in-depth answer. Let me know if you’d like more posts like these!
