Barry M Nail Varnishes

I’ve loved doing my nails for years now, whether I’m doing some kind of nail art, or just painting them, there’s definitely something therapeutic about doing your nails. Obviously over the years I’ve found brands that work and last, and brands that I might not enjoy so much.

Since I first used a Barry M nail varnish, I was really impressed with them. So today I’m just going to quickly run you guys through the reasons why I love this brand!

The bottles themselves are actually a really good size. I know you don’t usually see this type of thing mentioned at all when it comes to reviewing nail varnishes, but we’ve all had nail varnishes that we absolutely love, but they might only have 2 or 3 entire applications in them. I’ve also found that these bottles last really well, meaning that the product doesn’t dry up after a month or two.IMG_2112The product is also really well pigmented, which means that one coat is deep enough to wear alone, making the product last even longer than most varnishes.

Once your nails are painted, this does dry relatively quickly, but not super fast, as the very outer edges and the centre can still be tacky until roughly ten minutes after application, so you’ve either got to be very careful and patient for 10 minutes, or run your nails under a cold running tap for 2 minutes, before you can do anything else.

These varnishes are also surprisingly longwearing, even when compared to other brands that can boast ‘up to 10 days wear’. I’ve found that when 2 coats are evenly applied, these nails varnishes can last for just over a week.

That’s all for my quick run through of some of the reasons I really like Barry M Nail Varnishes, have you guys tried these before? Let me know in the comments what your favourite shade is!
